A quiet walk around Loch an Eilein and Loch Gamhna, nestled within the ancient Rothiemurchus Forest in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park.
The film was captured on a rainy July 2024 day. Loch an Eilein translates to "Loch of the Island" in Gaelic and features a 13th-century island castle, formerly a residence and stronghold of the Wolf of Badenoch. The smaller Loch Gamhna sits nearby, ringed by reeds and dense Scots pine.
